What is included in your mobile bar service?Our mobile charcuterie bar service includes delivery, setup, an attendant as well as a curated selection of premium cheeses, cured meats, crackers, fruits, nuts, and other accompaniments. We also provide small serving board, cup or small bamboo plates in addition to decor to enhance the presentation. Please note: The service includes 2 hours and any additional time needed will incur an additional fee.

How many guests can your mobile charcuterie cart serve?Our mobile bar is customizable to accommodate events of all sizes from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations. We'll work with you to determine the ideal quantity of food based on the number of guests attending your event. We require a minimum of 30 guests for booking.

How much notice do you require for booking?We recommend booking our services at least two weeks in advance for 30-50 guests and anything over 50 guests, we require a 3 week notice to ensure availability. However, we understand that sometimes events come up last minute, so feel free to reach out to us and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or preferences?Absolutely! We strive to accommodate various dietary restrictions and preferences including vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free options. Just let us know your requirements when booking, and we'll tailor our offerings accordingly for an additional fee.

How far do you travel with your mobile charcuterie bar?We are based in New Jersey and anything outside of a 25 mile radius from Hudson County or Somerset County locations will incur an additional travel fee.

How much is the deposit?A deposit of 30% of your total invoice is required to secure your date. The balance is due 48 hours prior to your event. A contract will be required to be signed after you decide to book our services. Invoices are paid via Zelle.

What is your refund policy?If you need to cancel for any reason, you have 48 hours from the contract signing date to receive a full refund. If you cancel after 48 hours, you will forfeit your 30% deposit, no exceptions. You are welcome to reschedule your event, but it must occur within 3 months of the original contract date without exception based on availability.
